LVI ANGLO-CATALAN SOCIETY ANNUAL CONFERENCE
CONFERENCE NEWS:
The LVI Annual Conference will be held at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) in the city of Barcelona from 17 to 19 December 2010.
We encourage members and non-members alike to come to the conference and take advantage of this excellent opportunity to hear stimulating papers, engage in lively discussion and enjoy meeting with colleagues and friends. The conference is also a great chance to visit the beautiful city of Barcelona!
Further details about the conference fee, speakers, venues and how to book will be published here on the website very soon. Information on travel, accommodation and things to see in Barcelona will also be published here nearer the time.
CALL FOR PAPERS: You are invited to offer a paper at the LVI Anglo-Catalan Society Conference on ANY ASPECT of Catalan culture. Please send proposals (title and 200-word abstract, please) by e-mail to the Society's Secretary, Dr Jill Buckenham, by 30 July 2010.
